Huge energy and heart, this indie rock band from Middlesbrough burst into flames when they graced our stage in early summer.  If you missed it the first time, here’s your shot to see them before they get big.  Trust me, I was there last time out….

Here’s their bio…  “We are an indie rock band from Middlesbrough in the North-East. We came
together around a year ago and all bonded over creating the music you
hear us play. Over the last year we have been together we have gone
from messing around in our drummer’s bedroom to selling out some of our
favourite local venues and gaining over 10k streams between our two
single releases “Say It Again” and “Alone Again”! Described by BBC Tees
as being “Persevering” we strive to bring content to our fan base
through social media and mainstream music platforms. Our music is
inspired by artists such as, Radiohead, Sam Fender, The Strokes. Arctic
Monkeys, Bloc Party.”

Liz Owen

Liz Owen has toured with legends Midge Ure and Joan Armatrading and
has had her music featured on BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing, BBC Radio
Merseyside and BBC Radio Lancashire. Her sound is a combination of
strong passionate vocals twinned with percussive, fingerstyle acoustic
guitar to deliver her contemporary blues/folk sound.

Inspired by the likes of Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Whitesnake,
Steppenwolf, Deep Purple, The Doors and many more, Dirty Blonde have an
array of dirty rock’n’roll original music to present. Born in the wrong
generation, Dirty Blonde formed in 2022 with the mission to make rock
music prevelant again in a sea full of indie. Consisting of Singer &
rhythm guitarist Dan, lead guitarist and co lead singer Ace, bassist
Sophie, and drummer JD, this four piece hard rock band put on a great
show filled with energetic stage presence & nostalgic sounds of the
70s & 80s.
